LG's V30 could make a splash at IFA Berlin, could be priced starting at $699

While LG is continuously working to get the G6 into the hands of its consumers with new promotions and added warranty incentives, the firm is also rumored to be preparing for the launch of its next handset, the V30. Now it appears that the handset could be announced at IFA in Berlin.

The news about LG's V30 has been slowly trickling in since the beginning of the year when rumors popped up that the upcoming device would offer Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 processor and 6GB RAM. There was also speculation that it could arrive with a curved display like Samsung's Galaxy S8.

While news of the V30 arriving early is nothing new, the firm will apparently be holding an event a day prior to the opening of IFA, where the handset itself, details, and a promotion with three South Korean wireless carriers will be announced. For now, the source has the price of the V30 pegged at around $699. Although the source also states that handset will arrive as a near bezel-less variant without a removable battery, one can only hope that LG will step outside the box and release something more similar to was leaked during May.

It is uncertain whether this announcement at IFA will solidify; luckily, we won't have to wait long for the truth to be revealed.
