Apple will livestream WWDC on June 5

A couple of months ago, Apple announced the dates for its annual developer conference, WWDC. Now, the firm has announced that it will be livestreaming the event on June 5 at 10am PT.

While the event has been typically about what innovations or improvements Apple will bring to its software platforms, the firm has also in the past, debuted some new pieces of hardware at its events. As part of this year's event, there is a rumor that Apple will be refreshing its entire MacBook lineup. The firm could also debut a new iPad with an entirely new screen size measuring in at 10.5-inches.

Apple's livestream will be available to view on June 5 and can be watched from any iOS 7 or later device or using Safari running on a Mac running OS X 10.8.5 or later. You'll also be able to enjoy the stream on an Apple TV, as long as it is a second through fourth generation model. If you do not own any Apple devices, you can also watch the stream using Microsoft's Edge browser on Windows 10.
