Microsoft has announced that the iconic van from PlayerUknown’s Battlegrounds, will be driving around the UK delivering ice creams and prizes. The van will stop off at several locations right across the country between now and mid-September giving everyone a chance to win prizes. In order to find the van, you’ll need to keep an eye out on the Xbox UK social media accounts.
Explaining how to find and win prizes from the van, Microsoft says:
“The Xbox UK social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter will reveal where the vehicle is parked that day. People who take a selfie with their ice cream and the van and post it online using the #PUBGVan hashtag will be entered into a competition to win prizes including Xbox Live codes, copies of PUBG and an Xbox One X, the most powerful console ever made.”
In addition to joining the prize lottery, every 100th person who visits the van will win several PUBG goodies, which Microsoft didn’t give any details on.
For those who don’t play PUBG, Miramar is the latest map available on the Xbox version of the game. This map includes several vehicles which players can utilise including the six seater camper van, which the promo van touring the UK is based on.
