A previously unreleased level makes its way to Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was released towards the end of last month and has been a hit with both fans of the originals and reviewers. While it offers revamped graphics and little tweaks here and there, it doesn't do too much to detract from what made the originals great. If you needed a bit more from the world of Crash, a new level has been revealed and can be downloaded starting today.

'Stormy Ascent' was a level that was created for the original Crash Bandicoot by Naughty Dog but was eventually cut from the retail release due to its extreme difficulty and the developer not being able to squash all of the bugs. Now, thanks to Vicious Visions, the team that helmed the development of N. Sane Trilogy, players will finally get to play a completed version of the level.

You can now access Stormy Ascent if you have purchased N. Sane Trilogy for the PlayStation 4. As mentioned before, the level can be located by playing the first game in the trilogy, Crash Bandicoot.
